Hi, I’m Tuan Nguyen.
I’m a husband and father of two.
I’m also a software engineer and systems thinker.
During the fifteen years of my career, I’ve worked across startups and enterprise environments, helping build systems that move information, support decisions, and automate work.
Lately, I’ve become interested in a different question: what becomes possible when software is significantly cheaper to create?
Many people and organizations live with avoidable friction in their day-to-day simply because they are unaware of what is now possible with recent advances in AI. Processes that were once impractical due to the time, effort, or specialized resources required have become much more accessible.
I spend much of my time exploring these possibilities through writing, experiments, and conversations.
Check this post out for a more detailed overview of some of these experiments.
I enjoy helping people think through problems, identify opportunities, and occasionally build something useful along the way.
- Do you have information locked inside a system that is difficult to search, export, analyze, or reuse?
- Do you have a repetitive process that everyone accepts as normal, but secretly wishes would go away?
- Are you collecting useful data but struggling to turn it into actionable information?
- Is there a small internal tool, workflow, or automation that would make life easier, but never seemed worth the time or cost to build?
- Are you curious whether recent advances in AI might help with a particular problem, but unsure where to start or what is actually practical?
- Do you have an idea that has been sitting on the back burner because it always felt too expensive, complicated, or technical to pursue?
If you’re curious about what might be possible within your own workflows, feel free to reach out: hello@tuan.fyi
